Refund policy

If Couch’s RV Nation Parts ships the wrong item, an item damaged or a non-functioning item contact us within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item and we will send you an RMA and will take full responsibility over return shipping costs. We will reimburse your card when the item is returned to us when the item is returned in original packaging and is unused. No restocking fee will be charged to your card in these instances.

If you receive the item and decide that you do not want the item, you must so notify us in writing within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item. You must also arrange for the item to be returned to us within thirty (30) days of delivery and you will then be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will reimburse your card less a flat 20% restocking fee. This fee applies to the items shipped plus applicable taxes, not the original shipping cost itself.

Certain products, such as custom ordered configurations, may not be eligible for returns (see product page for details). Returned products must be in like-new, resaleable condition. Installed parts may not be eligible for returns.

PRICE MATCH POLICY


We believe you should always get the best price. If you find a lower price on an identical product at any of the retailers listed below, we will match it within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with the details.

To qualify, the item must be an exact SKU match — same product, same brand, same model — and must be in stock and available to ship at the competitor at the time of the request.

Price match does not apply to limited-time promotional pricing including but not limited to flash sales, Black Friday, Prime Day, holiday events, or membership-based sale events.

We will price match the following retailers:

  • Amazon, sold and fulfilled by Amazon directly
  • Walmart, sold and fulfilled by Walmart directly
  • Camping World
  • RVupgrades
  • PPL Motor Homes
  • Etrailer

Price match applies to the item price before shipping, handling, and sales tax.
